By accessing our website, submitting a contact form, or requesting an estimate or service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

2. Services We Provide

CP Home Services provides professional handyman and home improvement services, including but not limited to drywall repair, door repair and replacement, light fixture and ceiling fan installation, TV mounting, caulking and sealing, interior painting, furniture assembly, flooring and tile repair, minor plumbing and electrical work, deck and patio repair, handrail and shelving installation, smart home device installation, appliance installation, kitchen and bath repairs, fence repair, and junk removal.

All services are subject to availability, site conditions, and applicable local regulations. We reserve the right to decline any project that is outside our scope, unsafe, or unlawful.

3. Estimates and Quotes

We provide free estimates based on the information you provide, and where appropriate, an in-person or virtual assessment. Estimates are valid for the timeframe stated in the quote and are not binding until accepted by both parties.

Unexpected conditions, changes to the project scope, or additional work requested after an estimate is approved may result in revised pricing. We will communicate any changes before performing additional work.

4. Appointments and Scheduling

Appointments are scheduled based on availability. We make every effort to arrive within the agreed window; however, delays may occur due to traffic, weather, or prior job complexity. We will notify you as soon as possible if a delay arises.

Cancellations or rescheduling requests should be provided at least 24 hours in advance. Repeated last-minute cancellations may result in a cancellation fee or refusal of future service.

5. Payments

Payment terms are specified in your estimate or invoice. We accept the payment methods displayed on your invoice. Unless otherwise agreed, payment is due upon completion of the work.

Overdue invoices may be subject to late fees or collection actions as permitted by law. For subscription, retainer, or large projects, deposits or milestone payments may be required before work begins.

6. Warranties and Satisfaction

We stand behind our workmanship and strive for your satisfaction. If a defect in our labor arises within a reasonable period after completion, please contact us promptly and we will address the issue in accordance with our standard warranty practices.

Our workmanship warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, normal wear and tear, third-party actions, or materials supplied by the customer unless otherwise stated. Manufacturer warranties for installed products are governed by the manufacturer’s terms.

7. Customer Responsibilities

You agree to provide safe and reasonable access to the work area, disclose known hazards, secure pets, and remove valuables or fragile items from the work area when possible. You are responsible for ensuring that any required permits, HOA approvals, or property owner permissions are obtained before work begins, unless we have explicitly agreed to handle them.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CP Home Services is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to our services or website. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the specific services giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for gross negligence, willful misconduct, or injuries caused by our negligence.

9. Website Use

You may use our website for lawful purposes only. You agree not to interfere with the website's operation, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or use the site to transmit harmful code, spam, or abusive content. We reserve the right to suspend or restrict access for violations.
